GUWAHATI: National Register of Citizens(NRC) directorate has stated that results for the complete family will be available for display online from September 14.
NRC directorate in an announcement stated, “Whereas the final NRC publication on August 31 consisted only of supplementary lists, queries are being received from the public about publication of results of all members of a family irrespective of their involvement in the claims and objections process. The results for the complete family will be available for display online from September 14. This will be available only online.”

The directorate added, “Queries are also received from public about issues of certified copies of rejection from final NRC. The public is aware that the hearings have been held at various venues away from their designated NRC seva Kendras. The process of collection of the orders passed by the NRC officers is being carried out to enable early availability of the same to the public to file appeals. Time frame for this process will be announced shortly.”
The final list of NRC was published leaving around 19,06,657 people and after getting certified copies of rejection these people may be able move foreigners tribunal for further claim.
